You have until you graduate to complete the ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award. Skills sessions and the interview experience will be held throughout the summer term. Since we cannot guarantee spaces for these events, we recommend completing the ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award sooner rather than later.

The ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award will help you stand out from the crowd and give you the confidence to shout about the experiences you've had at university

The ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award is an extra and co-curricular employability achievement award for current undergraduate and taught postgraduate students. It is for both ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ and Penryn students and is delivered in partnership with the Students' Guild in ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ and the Students' Union in Penryn.

Completing the Award will help you make the most of your professional experience. You'll receive training in valuable professional skills, develop vital workplace experience and learn how to optimise your CVs and application forms. 

Students who complete the ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award are more likely to be in a graduate level job six months after graduating (Destination of Leavers of Higher Education data).

The ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award is designed to:

  • enhance your employability and boost your CV;
  • give you recognition from the University of ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ for the activities you are participating in as part of your studies and outside of your studies;
  • develop a range of skills to take forward into graduate jobs market;
  • demonstrate to employers the skills and attributes that ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ graduates have.

How to achieve the ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award

 


The ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Leaders Award

Completing The ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Award is a pre-requisite for registering for the  ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Leaders Award. However, there is nothing to stop you attending  in readiness – they will then show as completed in your Leaders Award profile when you register.
